Sunday Service offers a transformative evening of sweat, release, and renewal & growth.

Eka Pada Koundinyasa 1 & 2

This 75 min class invites you to deepen your practice with opportunities to integrate flight. Led by Carrigan Whiteley + Kennon Goldreyer, the class will consist of power yoga, featuring creative sequencing and dynamic transitions designed to build your body up to flight, Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 and 2.

This class is perfect for those ready to explore their limits and embrace surrender on the mat in a playful yet profound way.

This class is extra unique in that you have the guidance of two excellent teachers, Kennon & Carrigan. There will be plenty of hands on assist and individual guidance throughout class, creating an opportunity to go deeper into the practice than is normally possible.

Sunday Service: Power Yoga + Hands on Assist

Sunday Service offers a transformative evening of sweat, release, and renewal.

This 90-minute session invites you to let go and immerse yourself in the flow of surrender. Led by Carrigan Whiteley + Kennon Goldreyer, the class will consist of power yoga, featuring creative sequencing and dynamic transitions designed to challenge yet liberate both body and mind.

This class is perfect for those ready to explore their limits and embrace surrender on the mat in a playful yet profound way.

This class is extra unique in that you have the guidance of two excellent teachers, Kennon & Carrigan. There will be plenty of hands on assist and individual guidance throughout class, creating an opportunity to go deeper into the practice than is normally possible.

Join us for Sunday Service, where you can reset, recharge, and realign with your deepest intentions, setting the tone for a balanced and inspired week ahead.

Dockside Power Flow Yoga & Stand Up Paddleboarding

Come join us for a Power Flow by Kennon Goldreyer (@habitatretreats) at the Rowing Dock.

Kennon is a born and raised austenite who specializes in creative & spicy classes. Join her powerful and flowy Vinyasa-based yoga classes, where breath and movement unite in a creative and challenging practice. This session is designed to help you connect deeply with your body, quiet the chitter-chatter of the mind, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you’ll find a supportive and invigorating environment to grow and thrive.

Bring your mat, water, and positive energy - we'll take care of the rest!!

When: July 24th

  • 6:15- 6:30pm: Check In / Mingle

  • 6:30pm - 7:15pm: 45 Power Flow on Dock

  • 7:15pm - 8pm: SUP included in ticket

What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel or blanket for added comfort.
