By purchasing a Bondi Boys, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions stated below.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Bondi Boys (“BB”). By proceeding to purchase any of the BB retreats, classes, or any service(s), you (the “user”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, after providing notice to you. The user agrees to be bound by any future amendments made to the Terms and Conditions. The user can review the most current version of the Terms and conditions at any time by accessing the “Terms and Conditions” link on the BB website.
Cancellation Policy
IF CANCELLING 60 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO RETREAT START DATE:
Payments are eligible (but not guaranteed) for refunds, with the exception of all nonrefundable deposits plus a $200 administrative fee.
IF CANCELING 60 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE RETREAT START DATE:
All payments are NOT refundable.
Unfortunately, there are NO refunds available for any reason including, but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, pandemics, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions; medical, personal, family, work emergencies; or change of mind. This includes any personal COVID-related cancellations, however, if the retreat itself is canceled you will be refunded the money that you have paid.
COVID
If the retreat is canceled to do externally-related COVID cancellations including, but not limited to: flight cancellations, lockdowns, quarantines, border closings, travel requirements, health requirements, etc., your money will be refunded. If you personally cannot attend the retreat due to COVID, mind-change, or a positive-COVID test, your money will not be refunded.
All participants must comply with the destination country’s COVID requirements. All retreat deposits, balances, and tuitions are non-refundable should the participant not show proof of a negative test or show proof of a positive test. Or if the participant cannot meet the destination country’s COVID requirements.
BB is not responsible nor liable for any retreat participant who contracts Covid (any strain) before, during, or after the retreat.
TRAVEL
All participants must comply with the destination country’s entry and VISA requirements. All retreat deposits, balances, and tuitions are non-refundable should the participant be denied entry to a country or not meet VISA requirements. This is includes the user’s passport validity and expiration.
The total cost paid is for one space on the retreat (covering room, food, and activities- airfare is not included).
BB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.
BB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing sponsored items.
BB is not responsible for airline cancelations, missed flights, or transportation issues prior to the retreat.
Sponsored items are free, and not included in the total cost of the retreat (you cannot request for partial or total refund for not receiving sponsored items).
All reservations and bookings are first come first serve.
All prices are the same for each guest (with the exception of Early Bird Pricing)
-Retreat admin fee ($200) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
You have until 61 days before the retreat to request any refunds (all deposits and admin fees are nonrefundable for any circumstances, including travel related events and changes).
Travel insurance is NOT included in the price of the retreat, and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for ultimate protection
If you do not specify who your roommate is we will assume you are open to any guest.
You must pay your total retreat balance at least 45 days prior to the retreat start date by using our booking website (CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL).
You must sign and return the Liability Waiver and Retreat Contract BEFORE the retreat start date.
THIRD-PARTY VENDORS
During the retreats, there will be third-party vendors providing services, including catering, transportation, and lodging. BB is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any of these vendors. Although BB strives to provide the best services and products available, BB has no control over such third-party vendors and BB is not responsible or liable for any products, materials, or services, or the lack thereof. The user further acknowledges and agrees that BB is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on such third-party vendors, goods or services.
ARBITRATION
Any claim, controversy, or dispute of any kind between the user and BB and/or any of its employees, agents, affiliates, or another representative, shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration.
JURISDICTION
All terms of these Terms and Agreements shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. The parties hereby submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Travis County, Texas (operation of business) or Harris County, Texas (location of business) in any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to BB retreats.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these Terms and Conditions which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are severable. In lieu thereof, there shall be added a provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid and unenforceable provision as may be possible and be legal, valid, and enforceable.
UNCONDITIONAL AND FULL GENERAL RELEASE
USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD BB, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENT ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF GLOW, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES AND FROM ANY SUIT, CLAIM, ACTION, COUNTERCLAIM, LOSS, EXPENSE OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER AS A RESULT OF CLAIMS, DEMANDS, COSTS OR JUDGMENTS ARISING OUT OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF BB AND ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES.
USER FURTHER HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD BB, ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, JUDGMENT, LIABILITY, OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) SUFFERED BY OR RENDERED AGAINST BB ON ACCOUNT OF ANYTHING ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES PURCHASED BY USER OR VO RETREATS.
