Come join us for a Power Flow by Kennon Goldreyer (@habitatretreats) at the Rowing Dock.
Kennon is a born and raised austenite who specializes in creative & spicy classes. Join her powerful and flowy Vinyasa-based yoga classes, where breath and movement unite in a creative and challenging practice. This session is designed to help you connect deeply with your body, quiet the chitter-chatter of the mind, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you’ll find a supportive and invigorating environment to grow and thrive.
Bring your mat, water, and positive energy - we'll take care of the rest!!

6:15- 6:30pm: Check In / Mingle
6:30pm - 7:15pm: 45 Power Flow on Dock
7:15pm - 8pm: SUP included in ticket
Where: Rowing Dock
What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel or blanket for added comfort.
